Additional costs

• Final cleaning (compulsory) € 85,-
• Bed sheets and towels (compulsory) € 12.50 per person per stay.
• Electricity will be charged at € 0.25 per kWh used with incoming and outgoing meter readings.
• Gas will only be charged during the cold months according to the current tariff.
• A guarantee deposit of € 300 is requested. The security deposit will be refunded after departure if all is well, less the cost of electricity used

• Departure time before 10AM (unless otherwise agreed upon).
• Arrival and departure days are flexible.
• Discounts may apply for longer term bookings.
• A car is needed at this location.
• No groups or young people under 25.
• Casita Serenity is well suited for winter stays as it has central heating system throughout the house.

Important information

• Smoking inside and outside the home is prohibited due to a fire hazard. This house is only suitable for non-smokers.
• During July and August, the private swimming pool is available to customers. In other months, the Casita is rented without the pool or the terrace near the pool.
• Because the house is surrounded by nature and trees, open fire is prohibited.
• An electric Weber BBQ is available to tenants.
• The owner's cats can and may visit the site. They won't bother you, but sometimes they'll come to say hello. People who don't like cats shouldn't rent this house.
